When I ordered our business checks, I used the correct routing number and account number, and I double checked while ordering the checks that the correct bank name of "Wintrust Bank NA" appeared in the order. But when I received the order, the bank name "North Shore Community Bank" was printed on the checks. Wintrust Bank bought out North Shore Community Bank a number of years ago, so this should have been updated in your system. It is updated in the ABA system. When I called customer service, they said it's just the way it is and would not reprint the checks with the correct bank name as I had ordered them.
