I ordered and paid postage for delivery…

I ordered and paid postage for delivery on 6/26. You shipped it and it was undeliverable, due to lack of postage. When I called on 7/16, Deluxe sent me to USPS to find out where my Business checks were. Tracking the package, I got a notice from USPS that the package wouldn't be delivered and to contact Deluxe. Speaking with your representative, I was told not to worry, that my package would still be delivered. After demanding NO to her and that the USPS notice said NO it won't. Then and only then did she take the time to look up my order. I felt like she definitely wasn't happy with me. After waiting a reasonable amount of time, she said that she had reordered my checks and not to worry that there wouldn't be an extra charge to me. LOL. Of course not. Not, I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused your company (which it did)Definitely I would of given a 0 if I could.
