Dear DELUX Customer Service,We have been a loyal customer of DELUX for over 20 years, regularly ordering business checks every other year. Unfortunately, we’ve observed a noticeable decline in the quality of the checks with each new order.Our most recent order, placed in mid-June, is particularly concerning. Compared to previous batches, the paper feels significantly lighter, the color clarity is reduced, and the overall print quality appears subpar. This is a marked departure from the standards we have come to expect from DELUX.Given this experience, we are currently exploring alternative vendors for future check printing needs. It’s disappointing to see such a long-standing relationship affected by quality issues.We hope you take this feedback seriously and look into the matter.
