For the 2nd time, my online account doesn't recognize my login information. I do the forgotten password option and after 4 years of ordering online, it tells me there's no account connected to my email address. If this message is an error, call them. I call them and they tell me they cannot do anything but I have to chat to get help. I chat and they tell me they cannot help, I have to call. I call again and they tell me they cannot help, I have to get help from the chat! WTH!!! I had to recreate a new account AGAIN and then merge my order history. Well guess what, the Customer ID on all 4 years of my invoices in my email, is not really my customer ID. There's another Customer ID that is connected to their accounting department but how would I know that?
