I ordered checks from you and they came printed with the routing number where the account number should be. I called to reorder them and was told they would be sent overnight because I needed to have them by today at the latest. They were not sent overnight. I still don’t have them and they were shipped 10 days ago! When I called for a status I was told there is no tracking on regular mail. You charged me well over $20.00 to ship one package of checks and that would cover ground advantage mail with tracking!! If you had printed the checks correctly the first time, I would not be in the spot I’m in today! I have ordered from Deluxe for years and have never had this bad an experience! I won’t be ordering from you ever again!
