I ordered and paid for 1,000 checks and envelopes on June 2. UPS was unable to deliver the package—something I found quite absurd since deliveries are frequently made to this same address without issue. The order was returned to the sender and marked as received by them on June 16.I called and requested the full order be resent. However, they only sent the envelopes. On June 23, I followed up again to report that I had not received the checks. I was told that their notes claimed the envelopes were damaged or destroyed—which makes no sense, as the envelopes were the only items I actually received.I then asked them to please overnight the missing checks due to payroll urgency, but as of now I have not received a tracking number or confirmation. I’m very disappointed in the lack of communication and follow-through. I have employees waiting for their checks, and this delay has caused unnecessary stress.
