Ordering online was easy, however the reason for 4 stars is because there isn't an option to make the font bigger, I was disappointed to see how small the font was for the return address and I ordered 1000. The envelope quality was really good as was the adhesive strip. Just the font could have been bigger or given the option to enlarge.
