This was the first time that our company has ordered directly through Delux. I had called many times asking questions several times before placing our order. Every single person that I spoke with was very kind and very helpful. I messed up when I place our order and put the wrong account number on our deposit slips. I called back hoping to get the 60% discount that I had received on my first order as a new customer and the lady that I spoke with replaced the order for free! She absolutely made my day!!!
