initially I called to place the order because i needed the order expedited like i have done in the past. My order was taken but the rep never actually placed the order. I called back after i never received the confirmation for the order and was told by Sandy the supervisor that she would call me back , we should just wait to see if the representative actually places the order but she never called back. I had to call outside of my business hours to place the order again only to be told that production cannot be expedited when it was done before, we literally just did last week. We placed an order on my 7th and received on may 9th.
