Really disappointed with this service. I placed an order for business checks a few weeks back. When I realized they still hadn't shipped I reached out to customer service. They said our order was cancelled and we needed to get checks directly from our bank. No one ever bothered to tell us our order had been cancelled. We were also referred to Deluxe Checks by our bank because they do not provide checks.
