Ordered checks through my bank, which uses Deluxe.com as their supplier. After 9 days of being notified that they shipped, I still didn't have them. I called to see where they are at, because I was never provided tracking information-and it's not on their website. I'm told that my checks were shipped "standard shipping" which could take up to 16 days to arrive. There is nothing that takes that long to ship anywhere in the continental united states, or north America for that matter. They also don't have tracking information on the shipment, because it shipped "standard" without tracking information. So, my banking information was just plopped into the mail without any sort of tracking information whatsoever? Glad it wasn't anything sensitive, or you know, my banking information...Terrible business practices.
