I placed an order on 3/6/25 for company checks. I placed the order timely enough as my supply was running low. On 3/11/25, I received an email that the order had shipped. When it had not arrived a week later, I tracked the package and reached out to your customer service because the package was shipped with insufficient postage. The post office of course promptly denied its delivery to us. How does a company such as yourself not provide enough postage to assure its deliveries of sensitive materials?? After subsequent calls to your customer service number and having to generate a new order, our business checks ultimately arrived on 3/28/25, almost 3 weeks after the order was placed. Unacceptable.
