Products have been delivered promptly, but inaccurately. Twice, we've requested a proof prior to shipping but haven't received it. We also asked for our phone orders to be added to our online account but haven't see that it has been done. In addition, the last order was a reorder, so it should have just been a duplicate of the last order, but somehow, the address field was missing a line.
