Contacted Deluxe on 3/11 to advise of not receiving the order and was instructed to check by the end of the week. Today 3/17 we have not received our order yet. Called again and the representative created a replacement order, but the shipping address was incorrect. Called again to state the situation and have the shipping address corrected and requested a quicker delivery timeline. The representative said she couldn't see the update and to call tomorrow or she will contact me regarding the status of the order. Situation still uncertain. Customer service reps got better with more calls. (Sincerity, compassion, and willing to do more)
