Upon receiving a very large business order (2 weeks after), I noticed my account number was missing a digit!! I was so bummed and called customer service and they were so helpful and supportive! They told me they offer a 100% guarantee and they would correct everything and re-send it. This was wonderful to hear! They didn't blame me for the error, they just took responsibility to fix it. No idea if I made the error or they did, but they still stood by their guarantee without complaint! I am so happy. I was already faithful to Deluxe for their quality product but not this seals the deal! I thought I would have to pay for everything again but now with this company!
