We are a sales tax exempt organization, yet my attempts to get a refund of the sales tax, after following the instructions given to me by your support staff, have fallen on deaf ears. I emailed SalesTaxGroup @ deluxe.com immediately after placing my order on February 11, 2025 and received a reply on the same day stating that they would process my exempt status within 7-10 days, but I have since then heard nothing, and it has been over a month.
