Worst customer service and shipping methods

We had used them previously but service has deteriorated dramatically. Poor customer service. Lost an order where the box was tampered with in early January so we had to close bank account. Next two orders they also lost despite promising expedited replacements. When we called no one really cares. No responsibility on the tracking or helping. Moving on to better options who care about getting products safely to thie customers
