I talked to three different people at the office. One told me that she did not see an in the system for me to call back later. The second one put me on hold and then hung up on me. It may have been by accident, but no one tried to call me back. The last guy I talked to put me on hold came back and told me he was able to cancel it. Two days later I received a checks in the mail.
