Very disappointed that the account information does not automatically populate when clicking on the link from the bank website to which I was signed in. Also very disappointed that the website displayed a discount available, then asked me to sign in. Once signed in, the discount was no longer available because I am an existing customer. It is inappropriate to offer a greater discount to a new customer than you offer to an existing, loyal customer.
