We ordered our anniversary seals initially at the end of December to only realize that we were only sold a digitl image which we have never ordered before. We ordered the anniversary seals on January 23rd and are still waiting to receive. I called support today and was told that they were still in production and takes 15 business days. Today is day 17 and still no delivery date in sight. They tolf me to wait 2 more days for more information to be available. Very poor customer service.
