As requested by Deluxe in its reply to my previous comment, I called and have chat with Wendi FerchoCustomer Support, and she only repeated that my order was shipped on 1/24/2025 but recognized the tracking number provided to me is not working. Finally, she asked me to contact the shipping carrier directly. I am still waiting to receive my item (Order # 2056475494). I need to receive my item soon or that my money be refunded to me. I contacted your customer support team at 1-800-865-1913. They asked me to wait my item for another week. Two weeks have passed since then and I still waiting for my item. I need to receive my item soon or that my money be refunded to me.
