Still waiting for checks or even just a current status after three weeks.

(1) I ordered a checks for our church building fund requesting delivery to home of that treasurer with that person's name. Deluxe changed recipient's name to name of church. Local post office knew there was no church at that address and returned the checks to Deluxe.(2) I immediately called and spoke with very helpful man who agreed to send expedited replacement checks addressed to to me at my home address. But prompt order confirmation showed those checks going to church but at my address-same problem as before (who is changing these addresses??)(3) I immediately called Deluxe to have replacement checks sent to church at church's PO address. Lady at Deluxe cancelled order #2 and started new order for the replacement checks.(4) I received an email Invoice that showed the checks going to "3994 PO box 507". PO box is right but 3994 is my home street number; I guess the post office can figure that out. But it also showed I was charged a second time because that re-order was not marked as replacement. Lady said she would refund the duplicate charge.(5) The initial order was 22 Jan and it's now 17 Feb and I have no checks or even an email showing they were shipped.This is unacceptable. It's frustrating to me and costly for Deluxe.By the way, it takes way too long to get the validation number email.
