on a previous order the checks sent were printed badly. deluxe gave me a credit of approx $300 of the 1k order and send replacement checks for the remaining. We have yet to see the credit given and i’ve emailed 3 or 4 times to the person contacting me about payment and they are clueless. i’ve asked for someone to call me and that has not happened either. such a disappointment.
