I called and requested a refund and cancellation as my order wasn’t shipped yet and it was running late. The lady said yes and issued the cancellation or so she said, they proceeded to charge me and ship the order. I have since reviewed the ordered and now I have to bring it back to ups to return. I called my credit card company and am fighting the charge. Will never use this company again. Do not reccomend
