Twice I've had to call Deluxe and say that the checks I received weren't working. Once it was because we changed accounting software, the second time the checks weren't in the proper order. Upside down! Both times the customer service person was very polite, helpful, and efficient. I got new checks with fast shipping and no charge. The best service ever!
