They Really Mean 100% Satsifaction

I ordered the wrong W2 form from Deluxe. Immediately I checked their return policy and it stated 100% Satisfaction guarantee no matter what. I was skeptical so I called. Sure enough, the agent processed the return without charging me a single penny for the item. They didn't need the item back and I would gladly pay for the return shipping if they wanted. I ended up buying more than what I was returning. It goes to show that by taking care of the customer, they'll earn a customer for life.
