40 single business checks were ordered 12/30/2024. The original shipment was lost and Deluxe could not provide any tracking information. They did reprint and ship via UPS. Unfortunately, they reprinted the same check numbers we originally ordered. The original order is out there somewhere. Hopefully, those checks don't end up in the wrong hands. We finally received the reprint order on 1/24/2025. Cost for 40 single checks = $1171/27/25 Update - Deluxe responded with a generic response to this review, with no offer to correct the duplicate check numbers. This leaves our business in a position where we will have to, at our own cost ($35 per Check for a total of $1,400), cancel the checks that we paid them to produce and order additional checks with new check numbers in order to protect our business' finances.The right thing for Deluxe to do is print checks with new check numbers and reimburse us for the bank fees of $1400. Deluxe chose to ship the checks with no tracking or insurance. Had they done so, all of the costs of this "lost in the mail" shipment would have been covered by insurance. As business owners we always purchase tracking an insurance for all of our shipments to protect ourselves and our clients.
