I bank with BMO and this is who they recommend for ordering personal checks. Do not order from them. Number one, their website is super frustrating to use. It makes you set up an account to get the status of your order, then it can’t locate your order. I have no tracking number except for an email that says problem with shipping. Funny that they didn’t have a problem taking my money. I would absolutely recommend finding a different place that’s more user friendly. NEW UPDATE! I just spoke to Anna @ Deluxe and she has no tracking number because they “were sent through regular mail.” All she could tell me is that they should be here on the 21st, but there was a problem with delivery. I asked what happens if someone gets ahold of my checks and starts using them & she said I should contact my bank. Now my bank says that the only thing I can do is close my account and open a new. What a huge inconvenience! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
