The product selections are good, and the product quality is great. My only issue is that delivery was requested to an alternate address, but that didn't happen. We're a church, and our building and office is closed during most weekday delivery times. UPS will not leave packages at a closed business, so we ended up having to pay extra to get the package redirected to a local UPS office where we could pick it up at a convenient time.
