I was ordering checks for business purposes; the business doesn't have a debit or credit card, so it was really frustrating that the ACH payment option wouldn't work (but has in the past) and I ultimately had to pay with my personal card. The error message wasn't especially helpful to figure out what piece of billing address wasn't matching up with the bank.Otherwise the process of picking and personalizing the checks was good.
