We placed an order on November 20th with expedited shipping. The order was cancelled and remade due to the logo, that took six days, and we were not aware until we made a phone call requesting information. Then after confirming with the company they had remade the business checks, we received a message within 48 hours that our card information was incorrect. We understand we input the wrong card information- but the days without knowledge of an estimated arrival and the six days in between of correcting checks was very unfortunate and payment could have been resolved while we were attempting to find where our delivery was.
