ordered gift cards on Nov

ordered gift cards on Nov. 19th, (didn't say they were out of stock) and I only order from this company. Called Dec. 4th to check on my order, they said my order was shipped. Told her never received, then she said they were on back order. Told her need this ASAP. She said let me check into and call you tomorrow. No call the next day so at 5pm I call and they said on backorder. Told her want to talk to manager. She put me w/manger from west coast. She said will check into and call me back and make sure that I get 30% off my order and next day the order. Well guess what??? She never called back. Called again next day and talked to someone who takes orders, she said sorry to hear about my order and she will check into and get back to me. Never heard back from her. Company does a lot of promising to check on orders and get it taken care off. But they are ALL TALK!!!!!!!!!
