When I received the stamp, it said to use only the ink sold by Deluxe to refill stamp. They should have mentioned that when I bought it. Now if I order the ink from them, I have to pay another shipping charge. Hopefully I can find the ink at Office Max or other store so I don't have to pay them $10 to deliver $20 worth of ink. If I can't find their brand at an office supply store, I'll buy a different brand for one fourth the price.
