I had just ordered checks for our company and received them when we found out maybe 3 days later that our account had been victims of fraud meaning we would have to change our entire account and get new checks. I had just dropped quite a bit of money and expected them to say sorry, but no refunds - but Deluxe was so understanding and issued new checks with the new account # at no charge. I was floored. It truly helped lessen the blow of being victims and was one less thing we had to spend even more on. Thank you Deluxe! Arnisha was great and very helpful.
