Awful/Terrible Experience

Terrible customer service!!I placed an order and was helped by an employee named Matthew, who sent me the wrong item. Theresa stepped in to help by issuing a new order, which she said would be comped due to the inconvenience and my long wait. However, the replacement order never arrived.After waiting past the promised delivery date, I called to check the status and was told that my order had been sent to the wrong plant and was being redone. Days passed, and when I called again, I was promised a callback with an update by the end of the day (Friday). I never received that call.On Monday afternoon, I called once more and was told that my entire order needed to be redone, but this time, I would have to pay for it before it could be processed. This was frustrating, especially since the replacement order was originally comped. When I challenged this, I was informed that I could only receive a 15% discount, which feels like a slap in the face after all the delays and frustration I've endured.
