Follow-up: Deluxe representative answered subsequent to my review saying that I shoud contact the firm. Well, 10 minutes (!) on the waiting line, then the Deluxe representative HUNG up. Also, Deluxe email (not allowed to show here) does not work.update: Just another 13 minutes on the answering line... Now rep says I should call 800-225-9540, customer care... waiting line again.Another 12 minutes on the phone. Finally, spoke with Beth who is shipping out a new order (2056165185). Her explanation is that UPS tried to deliver 3 times. That is not particulary credible because the office is staffed, we receive several packages during the week and, lastly, UPS leaves a note if nobody is there. Be it as it may - it took over an hour to rectify a problem that I, the customer, have not created.Very inefficient.
