Incredibly disappointing

I tried to place this order via the Deluxe website and was frustrated that I couldn't change font/size/or anything. I added my logo and the site doesn't give a preview of the product so I didn't know if the logo would be in color or b&w or even where it would be placed. I had to wait through the weekend and call to find out and was told it was black and white. I canceled the order and the customer service person canceled it but wasn't able to give me a confirmation for my cancelation. The envelopes came anyway so my order was canceled (I wasn't charged) but thousands of envelopes showed up at my door. The printing is way too small (something I would have rejected if I could have seen a preview) and the logo is black and white. The entire return address is so small it's hardly legible. So now I have thousands of envelopes I can't use and that Deluxe printed despite the cancelation.
