Deluxe's terms include, "If you're not satisfied with any product, for any reason, we will give you full credit, replacement or refund, including shipping charges you have paid. ... The typical processing time varies but generally takes 30 business days."On 2/23/26, I spent almost an hour on the phone with them and those to whom they transferred me.On 2/27/26, I made a claim for a refund. I have heard nothing back.From their combative nature during the phone calls, I am not hopeful for a successful resolution. But if that does happen, I will update this review if allowed to do so.03/12/26 re the response from deluxe on 03/11/26: Having spent at least 2 hours on this dispute so far, I've done all the reaching out I'm going to do for now. I'll wait the 30 days and see where we are.
