Terrible Customer Service

Our first order was selected as 2 day shipping and was expected to arrive in 5-7 days. After 6 days it had not yet shipped. When I called they said the address needed to be verified. I didn't understand was this was a re-order but even with that they said it took longer because we selected standard shipping. I explained that there were 3 options - Standard, 2 day and 1 day. I selected 2 day. They insisted 2 day was standard. We went back and forth but eventually they said they could place the order and get it by the end of the week (10 days from my original order date). I have the records of the options I selected but don't feel like it would make a difference to show them this. If I had other options, I'd use them so i'll need to start looking into that.
