I'm really kicking myself for not checking here first! I purchased the led mask on Thursday, after reading reviews online first for the product. I checked the company info, UK registered. So once I placed the order I then came here. Yes too late.
So I've sent about 15 emails over 3 days requesting cancellation, zero response. I've taken screen shots to show the item still hasn't been dispatched, showing date and time. As per my banks recommendation, once 15 days have passed if the item hasn't arrived I can go back to them for a credit. In the mean time I went on companies house and even their registered business number appears to be wrong as its linked to a company called Ecom, Ive dropped them an email.
I honestly feel really stupid! Its a pricey item as well. Hoping the bank will get the refund for me.
