The product quality is good and feels gentle on my skin. I noticed better hydration within a couple of weeks. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because delivery took slightly longer than expected. Customer support did respond when I contacted them, though. Would still recommend.

Don’t be fooled by these reviews praising the products. Like the company they’re fake, I will keep posting my to warn others. When these fake positive reviews appear.
I would strongly advise not to order from this company.

I cancelled my order prior to delivery (as confirmed in my emails dated 23 December), yet the item was still delivered on 17 January, well outside the advertised delivery window of 27 December to 1 January. The claim of 3–5 day delivery is simply not accurate, just another false claim.

Despite being marketed as “Deluxe Skin UK,” the item was dispatched from China, not the UK. The so called UK office is nothing more than a shared holding address, which does not reflect how the business actually operates.

My emails were ignored for weeks and communication only resumed after I reopened a PayPal dispute. That in itself speaks volumes. PayPal are conducting a deep look into this company suspect activities.

The item remains unused, as previously evidenced, yet I have been expected to cover return costs to China! For an order that was cancelled, misrepresented, and delivered weeks late. This is unacceptable.

Overall, a very disappointing experience marked by misleading delivery claims, poor communication, and an unwillingness to take responsibility. I would not order again.

Ordered a peptide skin product as it appeared to be UK company with UK address. After many weeks a dodgy product arrived with Chinese writing on the packet. The only English said 'sheep placenta cell' . I asked to send back as wrong product, sent pictures to confirm. They said it's the same product - just packaged differently. I said I want an exchange as vegetarian and wasn't informed. They gave me address to send back to China which would obviously cost £££ and more than product's value.

Read up a lot on what to buy and chose them as seemed to be in UK. Ordered 2nd Jan and two days later was showing as in transit. Then nothing for 3wks. Contacted customer support and was told nothing they could do as it was on its way. Contacted PayPal who were amazing. Coincidentally (!) the shipping update then showed it was on an international flight (!). PayPal did refund me the whole £199 and 2 days later I received the package. I informed DeluxeSkin who didn’t seem to understand I’d had a refund. It’s been two weeks and I’ve yet to open the parcel because I’m not trying to rip anyone off. Having read all these reviews, which I failed to see prior to purchasing, I am going to see what kind of rubbish I’ve been sent!

No update on the tracking app.
Contacted then they said the item was on its way no delivery date offered.
Not received by 28 days , requested a full refund ,which I received.
Item arrived a couple of days later.
I contacted them asking for a pre paid returns label ,they want me to pay the return costs to China!
Very poor customer service ,
NOT a UK based company .
Avoid at all costs.

Don’t be fooled by these latest positive reviews. They’re fake, just look how many reviews the reviewers have previously submitted. Absolute dreadful company, complete scam, shipped from China over a month to arrive. Ignores emails, the mask was cancelled before dispatch but claimed it had been sent. Their fake tracking stating it had been shipped. Return address they sent does not exist, it’s fake like everything else concerned with these crooks.

SCAM COMPANY PLEASE DONT FALL FOR THIS COMPANY!!!Luckily PayPal have refunded me this is NOT a uk company it’s a fraudulent advertising for a Chinese company placed order on 15 th December expecting before Christmas NO i was only refunded by PayPal today 13th January !!! I have been sick with worry thought I had lost £179.10 PLEASE DONT ORDER !!!

Extremely dissatisfied with the service received.

I am very frustrated that I didn't see this review prior to ordering from this service. I placed an order on December 19, 2025, and it still hasn't arrived. It has been marked as in transit for weeks. I requested a cancellation and refund last week, but the only reply I got was that it is "in transit" along with two tracking numbers, neither of which are valid.
