During all this time, I have received only automated AI-generated responses. Not a single message from a real technical support agent.The problem itself is serious, but what makes it worse is the complete lack of human support. I wasn’t asking for anything complex — I just needed to know whether maintenance is ongoing or if the servers are expected to work today, because I have paid advertising scheduled and need to make a business decision.Instead of clear communication, I was stuck in a loop of:“Your message is being reviewed, please wait.”This is unacceptable for a hosting provider.When services are down or unstable, clear and timely communication is essential, especially for paying customers.If AI is used as a first line of support, that’s fine — but not for hours without escalation to a real technician, especially during outages.At this point, I still don’t have a clear answer, only bots.
