I’m extremely disappointed with the support experience.
Since 09:00 until around 14:00, I’ve been trying to get a simple and critical answer regarding a VPS-related issue. During all this time, I have received only automated AI-generated responses. Not a single message from a real technical support agent.
The problem itself is serious, but what makes it worse is the complete lack of human support. I wasn’t asking for anything complex — I just needed to know whether maintenance is ongoing or if the servers are expected to work today, because I have paid advertising scheduled and need to make a business decision.
Instead of clear communication, I was stuck in a loop of:
“Your message is being reviewed, please wait.”
This is unacceptable for a hosting provider.
When services are down or unstable, clear and timely communication is essential, especially for paying customers.
If AI is used as a first line of support, that’s fine — but not for hours without escalation to a real technician, especially during outages.
At this point, I still don’t have a clear answer, only bots.

Their services are fine, but not good, my service is a limited promotion that i bought annually, and the network on it randomly goes slow every once a week, like REALLY REALLY slow that you cannot do anything, and i've asked them about this before in a ticket, said they cannot do anything.

There Server are down very often. The Network is unstable and staff will blame you for it. This is an unproffesional Hoster and you should avoid it.Also they are using AI to answer to Support Tickets now.Info: Second Review because my First one got deleted without any notice.
