I made my first purchase, and it was quite disappointing. The customer policy is very strict; you only have 3 days for returns, which isn’t much, and you have to cover the return shipping cost—something I encountered for the first time. The clothing quality left me perplexed; the style is unique, but the quality is lacking. The red sweater I bought was different from what was shown originally, and after a gentle wash, it changed color. The trousers? Oh dear… 😓 I spent a significant amount of money, and I'm very disappointed.
