The materials are of high quality, and the craftsmanship is good, though not exceptional. Like most luxury brands, you're mainly paying for the design and the name. The sizes are generally accurate unless stated otherwise (e.g., oversized or one-size). I've had nothing but positive experiences with their customer service. Email inquiries are typically answered within 24 hours, their advice has always been helpful, and they've even offered free returns when I had sizing doubts. Free returns aren't common, which I find acceptable for a smaller fashion brand. Shipping costs for international delivery are reasonable as well.

The customer policy is very strict; you only have 3 days for returns, which isn’t much, and you have to cover the return shipping cost—something I encountered for the first time. The clothing quality left me perplexed; the style is unique, but the quality is lacking. The red sweater I bought was different from what was shown originally, and after a gentle wash, it changed color. The trousers? Oh dear… 😓 I spent a significant amount of money, and I'm very disappointed.
I just received the 'Cardigan Andromeda Sign.' It arrived in just a few days from Bulgaria to the Nice area of France. The L size fits me perfectly at 186cm tall. The fabric is very good and slightly stretchy. Although the color is more bordeaux red than the bright red shown, it actually suits my needs better. The color and fabric remind me of a t-shirt I used to have from another designer.
