I ordered early for Christmas and the USB device 4TB arrived 12 November. It was corruptedand it is completely useless. My daughter lost all her gaming data. I wrote to ask for advice on how to proceed only to be told it was outside the 30 day warranty. Avoid, avoid, avoid... it is a scam and the price is too good to be believed. It was a $73 AUD lesson.
