Worse every first and last experience ever. Bought 8T SSD drive. Won't save data. If does, next day you lose it. Filed claim, sent picture and videos. They sent me replacement after waiting long time. Same issue on the replacement drive. i wasted by 8 hours transferring data yesterday and today i have lost everything.

I ordered a portable Air conditioner from this company … they are a scam they are a rip off !!!it’s all in french language hard to convert to english and in Euro . The product i purchased I found the same one on Temu for $16 and they charge me $218 Australian and basically Sent a fan that you put ice in the top telling me it’s air-conditioning unit. It was a total rip off When it did arrive late it was 30 cm tall night 1 metre as advertised in picture i called my bank disputed it with the company very quick responses but unfortunately they were only willing to reimburse me a quarter of that price or a voucher as they don’t refund . so very frustrated and stressful to deal with stay away from this company an utter scam. Tell everybody about it. Do not purchase anything from this Compamy . 😠
The item they sent (an SSD storage device) was not as described. I contacted them for a refund and they quoted terms and conditions that say you must make a claim within 24 hours of delivery (I claimed after only 36 hours, having spent a day working out why it wouldn't work properly).This is contrary to the consumer rights act. I am still in dispute with them so don't waste your money using this company
Bought a smart watch from them for $132.00. To charge you need to remove the band and to do this i had to use two screwdrivers. Couldn't force the bank back on. The BP monitor stinks. It showed 116/79 when my BP was 138/79. They said hold my hand higher. Same results. This watch is dangerous. The BP is always the same as if it is fixed, which it may be. Their warranty is 24 hours.
