Unfortunately I have done the same as the last guy to leave a review and ordered before reading the reviews. Ordered several items from this site after they kept coming up in my social media. Got an order confirmation and have waited almost two weeks. Have emailed and had no reply. Have used Facebook messenger… no reply. Also Instagram… no reply. I still get emails marketing emails from them and had one today. A response from someone would be nice.
