Denny's serves cold food

even thought the restaurant was almost empty when we ordered it took over 45 minutes for our food to arrive. the table next to us got their food before us even though we ordered 15 minutes before them. When the food did come it was barely warm (last time at Denny's half our food was cold and the other half was barely warm) This time they brought out my mom's order wrong and didn't apologize or hear her when she said she would just eat it. Instead the server went over to the kitchen and screamed at the chef. She didn't come back and explain what was going on she avoided us for the next 12 minutes until he got the order right. At least it was hot when it arrived! Her receipt also showed the mistake meal on the bill but it was "discounted" and she didn't have to pay for it. We didn't tip. The server was quick to clean up tables which was nice to see. Considering the consistently cold food we will NOT be going back again! Denny's #7289 940 Chew road, Quesnel, BC
