I searched for good burgers nearby and came across a place that seemed promising based on pictures. I ended up spending $25 on a double bacon cheeseburger and a soda, only to discover that it was actually a well-known chain. Perhaps I missed something, but I was shocked. When I received my burger, it was incredibly disappointing—there was no bacon at all, and the patties tasted like those from a gas station. Overall, it was a top-tier letdown, and I do not recommend ordering a burger from this place.
The representative at the restaurant was incredibly friendly and attentive to all my needs. Her smile and positive attitude truly brightened my day. I celebrated my birthday with a grand slam breakfast, and she even sang happy birthday to me. It was a fantastic experience, and I will definitely return!
I visited a local diner and witnessed a young server involved in a loud argument with her boyfriend outside, which was quite alarming, especially with children present. I contemplated calling the authorities due to the situation. Upon entering, I informed a staff member about the incident; they apologized and assured me that my server would attend to me shortly. However, I waited nearly 10 minutes before she approached, and it turned out to be the same young lady from the argument. She was quite rude and dismissive. I would never feel comfortable bringing my children to this establishment again, and I personally doubt I will return, especially with her still employed there.
DELIVERY PERSON ARRIVED AT MY APARTMENT DOOR WHILE I WAITED! RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE SERVICE AT 2:30 PM AFTER I HAD FINISHED EATING! ***GREAT USE OF GIFT CARD ON THE PLATFORM, THANKFULLY!!! ¡¡¡FRENCH FRIES WERE COLD AND TASTELESS. ****CHEESEBURGER WAS EXCELLENT - MEAT, BUN, TOPPINGS, ALL WARM.
It has been nearly 20 years since I last visited a diner, and my time at this location was outstanding. From the warm welcome to the cheerful atmosphere created by the staff, everything was delightful. My server was remarkable—she seemed to appear just when we were ready to order. Juggling multiple tables with ease, she ensured our meals arrived hot and fresh. Overall, the service and food were truly exceptional.
I haven't eaten at a Denny's in probably 20 years. My experience at the Oracle Dennys was excellent. From the greeting, to watching the servers make everyone smile. My server was exceptional. Misty knew when to appear like magic when we were ready to order. She managed multiple tables efficiently and our food came hot and ready to enjoy. Overall, top notch service and food
even thought the restaurant was almost empty when we ordered it took over 45 minutes for our food to arrive. the table next to us got their food before us even though we ordered 15 minutes before them. When the food did come it was barely warm (last time at Denny's half our food was cold and the other half was barely warm) This time they brought out my mom's order wrong and didn't apologize or hear her when she said she would just eat it. Instead the server went over to the kitchen and screamed at the chef. She didn't come back and explain what was going on she avoided us for the next 12 minutes until he got the order right. At least it was hot when it arrived! Her receipt also showed the mistake meal on the bill but it was "discounted" and she didn't have to pay for it. We didn't tip. Our server, Wyatt, at the Moscow, Idaho restaurant, went above and beyond, despite being the only server on duty for most of our time there. He maintained a great attitude and did his best to make sure that all the customers were attended to.
I have had better service with managers before but this manager at 8120 Esters Blvd Irving Tx 75063 was the worse by for I asked if he could take something off because my grandsons chicken strips were cooked hard and my server Guadalupe M was nice enough to get him some more but they were still cooked hard and when I talked the manager he took the tenders out my hand (basically snatched) I wasn't asking for them to be free just take something off and when I asked for his name he refused to give it too me and acted like he didn't or couldn't hear me but he didn't have any problem asking for the money and the waitress standing by him tried to say something and I politely told her don't insert yourself in something when I wasn't talking to her. I will never go back to this Denny's again to get treated like the manager treated me.
